The Department of Anatomy and Neurobiology participates in the interdepartmental Neuroscience Ph.D. program for doctoral training. Faculty in the department are affiliated with the Neuroscience program and students receive their degree in Neuroscience. A combined M.D./Ph.D. degree program is also available in combination with medical admissions in the School of Medicine.
The Department also offers the Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Anatomy and Neurobiology. Work done in partial or complete fulfillment of the requirements for the M.S. may be applied toward the Ph.D. degree provided that it is of adequate quality.
